ABOUT US

Is Chabad for me?
Of course! We want everyone to feel welcome to participate and enjoy the High Holidays in a warm, friendly and non-judgmental environment. No matter your background or affiliation, Chabad is a place where everybody fits in!

What can I expect?
We want to help you start your year on a high note! Our services are full of joy, meaning and inspiration. And they’re easy to follow! You will enjoy lively singing, stories and explanations in English throughout the service. And you can stay for as little or as long as you want!

Do I need to pay for membership or tickets?
No! Chabad does not charge membership—all are welcome! Our programs and services are all funded through donations, so we always appreciate contributions. But no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.

What about my kids?
We have a special program just for them! They will experience the holiday through songs, games, and hands-on activities. We even provide holiday-themed snacks! If you want to stay before or after the children’s program, we will have a supervised indoor and outdoor play area where they can make friends and play with other children.

Do I need to bring anything?
No! We provide it all from prayer books to head coverings. Bring your own if you want, but it is not necessary!

What happens after the services?
After the services everyone is welcome to join us for a holiday dinner or lunch, depending on the time of day. We’d love to see you, but please make sure to RSVP!

Can I bring a friend?
Yes! Please bring whoever you like (no pets please) and please tell us if you know someone without a place to be for the holidays. We’d be happy to help!
