An expert ice carver will give instructions. Each competing party (individual or family) will receive one block of ice weighing 150 pounds and measuring 20" x 20". We will provide a 6 prong ice chipper and three chisel set. If you have your own hand tools you can bring them, however no power tools are allowed. We will have some stencils of projects to place on the ice block or you can create and bring your own. If you are selected to compete the cost is $70 per block of ice.
