Chabad centers of Greater New Haven have arranged with Mechy's Gourmet to provide a traditional Passover dinner:
Gefilte fish
Chrain
Coleslaw
Cucumber salad
Gluten Free "Matzo ball" (made out of potato) soup
Chicken or brisket
Potato kugel
Oven-roasted vegetables
Passover Cake
Under the supervision of Kehilla Kashrus.
Also available are foods for the seder plate (for both seders):
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 roasted chicken neck
Potato/onion for karpas
Charoset
Maror (horseradish and romaine lettuce)
